Two adjoining freehold plots in Tuwaitha, Baghdad, holding the yarn store, dye house, weaving and tufting hall, backing line, finishing floor, warehouse and yard.
The land
The factory is built across two adjoining plots of land in District No. 10, Tuwaitha, in the Jurf al-Naddaf area of Baghdad. Both plots are freehold, with the title deeds (Tapu) registered in the name of the company.

Latex application and bonding of jute or woven secondary backing — the stage that decides whether a carpet stays flat and square.
Shearing, brushing, edge binding and a final inspection of every roll against the order before it is wrapped.
Finished-goods warehousing for our own production and imported stock, with open yard for container handling and truck loading.
